Review One Changed Goal Each Week

Whenyou review the coming week

At your weekly review, choose one goal affected by changed circumstances. Note what is different now, what still matters and what the current goal costs in time or trade-offs; then choose keep, adapt, pause or release and write one next action. Leave room to make no decision yet.

Why it works

Persistence is only one response to a changed goal. You can keep what matters while changing the route, the timing or the goal itself.

Start tiny

Write one changed condition beside one goal.

What you’ll notice

You can change a plan because the conditions changed, with a reason you can revisit next week.

When it slips

If the goal is too loaded to decide today, mark ‘review later’, name one fact you still need and keep the review short. Do not force a replacement goal.
