You've restarted the same good habit more times than you can count: a strong week, a missed day, then the whole plan quietly drops away.

From

Starting over again and again

To

Keeping one practice going with clear cues, ready setups and quick returns

What the cards have you do

  • Write one cue sentence: “After [existing action], I will [small practice] at [place],” using a cue that happens often enough.
  • After a miss, write the concrete obstacle and resume small at the next safe cue, leaving catch-up work behind.
  • Put your phone elsewhere and leave your first tool ready, so starting takes less effort next time.
  • Review your practice weekly and test one change, or ask someone for two weeks of honest done/missed check-ins.

About this deck

The printed edition of Become Consistent: every card from the free library deck, printed front and back and ready to pin up.

The cards are the same as the free download. You are paying for the printing, the finish and the time it saves, and you are keeping the library free for everyone else.

In the box

  • Every card in the deck, printed front and back
  • Full-colour art on the front; action, cue, tiny start and source on the back
  • A QR code on each card that opens its full page
  • Foundation 8
  • Growth 6
  • Mastery 4
  • Challenge 2

How to use it

  1. Pick one Foundation card that fits your day and pin it where the moment happens.
  2. Do it each time the cue comes round. On bad days, do the tiny version.
  3. When it runs on its own, pin the next card. Climb a tier when you're ready.
  4. Or shuffle and draw one card each morning for variety.
  5. Take on a Challenge card when you want a stretch.

What's the difference between the free deck and the printed deck?

The cards are the same. The free deck is a download: open it in the print studio and print it at home or save it as a PDF. The printed edition is professionally printed, front and back, with each card's QR code, so it's ready to pin up the day it arrives.

Is the free deck really free?

Yes. Every card in the library is free to read, print and use. No account, no email, no trial. The printed decks pay for the library.

Can I buy a printed deck right now?

Not yet. The original boxed decks are sold out, and the printed editions of the library decks are being prepared. Join the waitlist on any deck and we'll email you once when it's ready to order.

How much does a printed deck cost?

The original boxed decks were $39.99 USD for 120 cards. Prices for the library editions will be on each deck's page before orders open, and the waitlist email will say what it costs.

Which deck should I start with?

Start with the change you want most right now, not the one you think you should want. Pick a life area on the decks page and read who each deck is for. If two fit, take the one with the smaller first step.

From the screen to the fridge

Put the card where the habit happens.

Every deck is free to download and print at home, then pin up: on the fridge, the mirror, beside the monitor. Or get the printed edition, ready to pin up the day it arrives.
