Move between an A-frame and squat

Whenyou finish your wrist warm-up before floor movement

From hands and knees, tuck toes and lift hips into an A-frame; knees may bend. Walk feet toward hands into a comfortable squat, then walk back to the A-frame. Try three slow returns, resting between.

Make it easier
Keep knees bent, take fewer steps and squat higher.
Progression
Pause and breathe in each position before adding another smooth return.

Start tiny

One short walk-in and return.

SafetyUse nonslip ground. Stop for wrist, knee or back pain; never force heels down.
