List One Contact for Each Open Need

Whenseveral needs require different contacts

Write each open practical need in one short phrase. Beside it, list one person, office or service that could answer that kind of question and the public or preferred route to reach them. Leave blanks where you have no contact yet.

Why it works

Different needs often belong to different people and services. A contact list lets each question keep its own route instead of turning one person into the whole support system.

Start tiny

Write one need and one possible contact.

What you’ll notice

You can choose one place to start and see where a contact is still missing.

When it slips

If a contact is not safe, available or relevant, leave it blank and look for a public directory or trusted service. Don't include sensitive details on a shared sheet.

SafetyKeep private names and details secure; use public service contact information where possible.
