Four Foundation cards. Each go, move one part one step: make a missing part rough, or finish a rough part. One mark per go. Nothing fancy: it's a numbers game.

PDF: A4, about 3.5 MB. Pages 1 to 4 are the fold-in-half cards. Page 5 is an earlier sheet layout that is being replaced; skip it.

  1. One piece. Split it into parts, in your own words. Write who it's for, if you'll share it.
  2. Each go, mark one box. Part made rough: / in its box. Part finished: make it ✕. Any pen.
  3. When every box is ✕, call it done. Then share it, or date it in your done folder. Missed a go? Every mark stays.

Keep the marks

Nothing to download for this part. Use a notebook: one box per part of your piece. / when a part exists rough, ✕ when it's finished. Pencil, ballpoint, marker or highlighter.

Lots of small pieces instead? One box per piece, ✕ when it's done.

When a snag shows up

Add a multiplier when you need it.

The kit adds 6 Growth cards (they make the reps easier), 4 Mastery cards (they make them cleaner) and 5 Challenges (one big step each). Same marks, same boxes.
