Challenge

Rebalance one shared responsibility in two weeks

Whenyou both agree one recurring load feels unfair

Move one recurring responsibility into an arrangement both of you can actually sustain.

Window
14 days
Mission steps
  1. List the noticing, planning, doing and follow-up for one task.
  2. Agree an owner, a clear finish and needed resources; try the full cycle.
  3. At day 14, compare each person’s load and change what did not work.
Finish
A tested agreement and a keep/change/stop decision from both people.
Adapt
If the task occurs once, review that one cycle. Stop if agreement is pressured.

Start tiny

Name the responsibility you want to revisit.

SafetyFair does not require equal task counts. Do not use chores as a claim on affection.
