Give each person a turn in disagreement

Whena shared discussion becomes overlapping arguments

With agreement, help the group take turns on one issue. Invite each view, including a pass. Summarize points people confirm, then name the decision or next question still open.

Steps
  1. Agree a short turn for each person; allow writing or passing.
  2. Check the summary with the speakers.
  3. Ask who will take the agreed next step.

Start tiny

Propose one person speaking at a time.

SafetyIf you fear retaliation or harm, choose safer support instead of confrontation.
