Own one shared task from start to finish

Whenyou agree to take responsibility for a recurring task

Agree what done means and when. Then notice, prepare, do and follow up yourself, including supplies and reminders. Ask for missing information once; keep the recurring remembering with you.

Steps
  1. Example: own dinner on Tuesdays, including choosing, ingredients, cooking and agreed cleanup.
  2. At the next occurrence, do the full cycle again; renegotiate early if capacity changes.

Start tiny

Agree one small task and its finish.

What you’ll notice

Your partner can let that task leave their head.
