Ask for an opportunity each week
Whenyou reach your chosen weekly outreach time
For a month, make one direct request each week for an opportunity you want: a place to show your work, a collaboration or a chance to take responsibility. Name what you offer and what you are asking for. Send it to someone who can respond. Accept their answer.
Start tiny
Send a two-sentence request for one small opportunity.
When it slips
Keep the request specific: one opportunity, one recipient, one clear ask.
SafetyRespect contact boundaries and a no. Avoid repeated requests to someone who has declined.

Mastery: Inspect your work, apply a specific correction in later practice and check whether it helped.
