Walk for 3 minutes after calls

Whena video call ends

Stand and walk an easy indoor loop for three minutes before opening another task. Keep the route clear.

Why it works

In a small laboratory trial, brief walks changed post-meal glucose responses. That does not establish pain relief or validate this exact three-minute cue.

Start tiny

Walk to the doorway and back.

What you’ll notice

You spend a little of the gap between calls moving.

When it slips

Back-to-back calls erase the gap; use the first available transition instead.

SafetyStop if symptoms worsen. Seek assessment for persistent pain, numbness, pain spreading down a limb, or pain after injury.
