Challenge

Walk through one 10-minute meeting weekly

Whenyou begin a suitable weekly audio meeting

With the other person’s agreement, walk a familiar clear route during ten minutes of an audio-only meeting that needs no screen or notes. Keep attention on the route and stop walking whenever you need to handle the device.

Why it works

This changes one seated meeting into moving time. The meeting format itself has not been established as a health intervention.

Start tiny

Stand or walk for the first minute if safe.

What you’ll notice

You try a different way to hold a conversation.

When it slips

The agenda needs a screen; choose another meeting instead of multitasking unsafely.

SafetyUse a safe indoor route; avoid traffic, stairs and confidential conversations in public. Stop if symptoms worsen.

Challenge: A bounded mission with a clear finish. It can combine practices over days or weeks.

From the screen to the fridge

Put the card where the habit happens.

Every deck is free to download and print at home, then pin up: on the fridge, the mirror, beside the monitor. Or get the printed edition, ready to pin up the day it arrives.
