Support both feet before typing

Whenyou sit down to start work

Place both feet on the floor, adjusting your seat if possible without losing a comfortable typing height. If needed, use an existing sturdy, nonslip low support.

Why it works

The setup has to fit your feet as well as the desk.

Start tiny

Place both feet on the floor once.

What you’ll notice

Your feet have somewhere to rest.

When it slips

Lowering the chair makes typing awkward; restore the workable height and try a stable foot support.

SafetyNever use rolling, unstable or breakable objects as supports.
