Lift each knee five times while seated
Whenyou finish a long seated task
On a stable chair without wheels, hold the sides and lift one bent knee a little, then lower the foot with control. Alternate for five lifts per side within a comfortable range.
Why it works
A small movement counts as a different task for your legs. This how-to is not a diagnosis of tight hip flexors.
Start tiny
Lift and lower each foot once.
What you’ll notice
Your legs get a turn at moving before the next task.
When it slips
Your office chair rolls; use a stable household chair later instead.
