Turn your head three times each way
Whenyou close your morning inbox
Sit comfortably and slowly turn your head left within an easy range, pause up to five seconds, then return to centre. Repeat right, three times each side, without pulling with your hands.
Why it works
The range is chosen by comfort, not by a photograph. This is a gentle movement method; it does not claim to treat neck pain.
Start tiny
Make one small, comfortable turn each way.
What you’ll notice
You explore a different direction after facing one task.
When it slips
You force the last few degrees; make the movement smaller instead.
SafetyStop if symptoms worsen. Seek assessment for persistent pain, numbness, pain spreading down a limb, or pain after injury. Stop for dizziness.
