Retest a Spanish detail you misheard

Whenyou misheard a useful detail in practice

With your partner, test one short reply containing two details. Say what you heard before seeing it written; compare the two details. Choose one fix, use it next exchange and test two new details in the same format.

Steps
  1. Partner hides and says “Un café con leche” (A coffee with milk) or “Un té sin leche” (A tea without milk). Check drink and milk choice: correct out of 2.
  2. Fix: ask for slower speech or learn the missed word with its spoken model. Apply that fix next exchange; retest a new combination and compare correct/2, noting any change of help.

Start tiny

Identify one missed word and ask for its meaning.
