Retest a recurring proportion error

Whenthe same size distortion appears again

Investigate one repeating height-to-width error with a baseline and a later retest.

Steps
  1. Keep a baseline drawing. Note its object and seat; compare its ratio with life: too tall, close or too wide.
  2. Choose a correction: mark top, bottom and width before the outline. Use it in your next two normal drawings.
  3. Redraw the first object from the same seat at a similar scale. Compare that ratio again; keep or change the correction.

Start tiny

Label one ratio that looks too tall or wide.

When it slips

If the original view cannot be recreated, make a new baseline; do not call unlike views an accuracy test.
