Tape a small jacket tear

Whena shell jacket gets a small tear

Use repair tape explicitly suitable for the jacket fabric. For Tenacious Tape on compatible fabric, follow these steps; other products need their own directions.

Steps
  1. Clean as both jacket and tape instructions allow; let dry. Bring tear edges together without overlap.
  2. Cut a patch with rounded corners extending at least 13 mm beyond the damage on every side.
  3. Peel, place and smooth from centre to edges. Leave 24 hours for full adhesion before washing or stressing.
